What We’re Looking For
- Experience editing YouTube-style videos
- Knows how to keep viewers hooked — pacing, pattern interrupts, visuals, captions
- Can create eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks
- Understands YouTube’s algorithm and retention tactics
- Works independently, but also loves collaborating
Bonus: experience with health, fitness, or education content
