Our platform simplifies complex state tax registrations, filings, and payments—empowering clients to stay compliant while saving time and resources. Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced SaaS sales professional to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate has prior experience selling B2B SaaS or compliance software, enjoys consultative selling, and thrives in closing deals with business owners, finance leaders, and compliance managers. You’ll handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct product demos, and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close. This role includes a base hourly rate plus attractive closing commissions. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect, qualify, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads. • Conduct online demos and presentations to showcase platform capabilities. • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate activity records. • Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals efficiently. • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams for smooth onboarding. Provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends. Qualifications: • 2+ years of SaaS or B2B software sales experience (tax, accounting, or compliance SaaS a plus). • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Comfortable using CRM and remote communication tools (Zoom, HubSpot, etc.). • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Available for 15–25 hours per week, including some U.S. business hours. Compensation: • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience). • Commission on each closed deal (no cap). Flexible remote schedule and potential for increased hours or full-time transition based on performance.
