As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, innovation, and excellence in software delivery. You will oversee a business scale of $100 million to $200 million in annual revenue and manage a team of 1,000 to 1,500 people. Your technical expertise and strategic oversight will be essential in navigating the complex technical environment and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale software projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the software delivery team to drive business growth, innovation, and excellence in software delivery * Oversee a business scale of $100 million to $200 million in annual revenue and manage a team of 1,000 to 1,500 people * Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation in software delivery * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of large-scale software projects * Provide technical expertise and strategic oversight to navigate the complex technical environment * Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and continuous learning within the team * Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective software delivery * Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive growth * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and innovation * Develop and implement financial plans to ensure successful delivery of software projects within budget **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Master's degree preferred * 20+ years of experience in software development and project management * Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies * Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) * Deep technical knowledge of telecom: extensive experience and expertise in the telecommunications industry, including understanding of telecom networks, protocols, and technologies **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with DevOps and continuous
