Peoplesoft HCM Payroll developer,Remote
• 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM (9.x) development with deep Payroll plus Time & Labor/Absence Management exposure.
• Hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft development tools, languages, and integration technologies; strong Application Engine and SQL skills.
• Oracle ecosystem proficiency: Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL; BI Publisher.
• Fluid/UI tooling familiarity: Tiles, Related Content, Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator.
• Experience preparing technical designs and test plans; proven ability to translate functional needs into scalable solutions.
• Track record on at least two large-scale, multi-site implementations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to convey complex details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
