A-Line Staffing is now hiring HEDIS Medical Record Review please contact Marcia Hamilton at (586) 710-7979 or mhamilton@alinestaffing.com HEDIS Medical Record Review Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Type: Contract, Seasonal (January – May) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Time) Start Type: Class with set start date Payrate: $30.60 We are seeking a detail-oriented HEDIS Medical Record Review (MRR) Abstractor II to support our quality improvement efforts during HEDIS season. This position involves reviewing, abstracting, and entering clinical data from medical records in compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measures. Training will be provided prior to project launch, and all work must be conducted with strict adherence to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Candidates must be tech-savvy, have medical terminology knowledge, and be able to work independently with high accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Complete daily assigned chart abstractions and data entry using internal software systems • Review and abstract medical records with attention to detail and accuracy • Work with provider offices to schedule/confirm appointments and obtain required records • Scan, save, and securely upload documentation • Identify data trends and report opportunities for documentation improvement • Maintain daily productivity and accuracy levels as defined by the project • Comply with HIPAA and company confidentiality policies at all times Required Qualifications: • 0–3 years of experience in medical record auditing and abstraction (HEDIS experience preferred) • High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret medical records • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Reader • Familiarity with saving files, using scanners, flash drives, and basic file management • Ability to attend mandatory training sessions and project call A-Line Staffing is now hiring HEDIS Medical Record Review please contact Marcia Hamilton at (586) 710-7979 or mhamilton@alinestaffing.com INDKS Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.60 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
