  • Discharge Planning: Evaluate readiness for discharge, liaise with physicians and the Clinical Manager, and complete all necessary paperwork for a smooth transition.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring

  • Education: Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
  • Certification: Valid CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience (Medical‑Surgical, ICU, or Emergency Department). Home health experience is highly preferred.
