About Your Role As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to elevate our brand through compelling visual design. You’ll be the creative force behind our digital and print materials, from marketing campaigns and sales collateral to social media graphics, event assets, and internal documents. Your work will directly shape how Pest Share shows up to the world, telling our story in a way that’s consistent, impactful, and visually unforgettable. What You’ll Do • Brand Design & Development: Create visually engaging graphics and layouts that align with our brand identity and amplify our messaging across digital and print channels. • Marketing Collateral: Design materials including brochures, one-pagers, slide decks, social media assets, email campaigns, landing pages, and trade show graphics. • Campaign Support: Partner with marketing and growth teams to develop creative assets for integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Event & Sales Enablement: Design signage, swag, booth graphics, and presentations to ensure a strong brand presence at events and in sales conversations. • Creative Strategy: Contribute ideas to creative concepts and storytelling, ensuring visuals enhance the overall narrative and drive desired outcomes. • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our visual style guide, ensuring all materials reflect a cohesive look and feel. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design needs, provide creative direction, and deliver assets on time and on brand. What You'll Need to Get the Job Done • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (SaaS, B2B, or startup experience a plus). • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and branding design. • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar. • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. • Experience creating assets for web, social, and email, as well as print production. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
