INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR—DISPATCHER/TRACK AND TRACE Flexible hours, remote position, 1099 Night Dispatch provides after-hour freight tracking solutions to our clients, allowing them the ability to offer 24-hour dispatch to their customers. You can learn more here... Overview: In this role, you will join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. We are currently looking for Customer Service Reps and Fuel Dispatchers. Our Independent Contractors are experienced professionals in the transportation industry and provide high attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Shift: WE HAVE TWO AVAILABLE Monday through Thursday 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. OR Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8 PM to 8 AM What you will do: Inbound/outbound call handling Utilizing GPS, telephone, and various software programs to track fuel drivers to ensure OTD Effective communication both written and verbal Data entry: Excel and/or cloud-based software What we need you to have: Minimum 2 years experience in the transportation industry OR customer service HIGH attention to detail (this is a must), able to work fast-paced and multitask You must have a strong internet connection, computer, quiet workspace, and hotspot What do we offer?
