Community Moderator
A company is looking for a Community Moderator (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to community member inquiries and escalate product issues as needed
• Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and manage spam and violations
• Track engagement and sentiment, reporting on community health to leadership
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community management or support within a crypto exchange or blockchain project
• Familiarity with key community platforms, including Telegram and Discord
• Comfortable discussing crypto-native topics and knowledge of Solana and its validator community
• Strong moderation experience with Discord bots and Telegram tools
• Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences and stay organized across multiple channels
