Responsibilities • Accurately coding and entering medical patient records into billing systems • Reviewing medical records and documentation for precise coding • Collaborating with healthcare professionals • Ensuring claims are coded correctly for proper reimbursement • Managing any coding-related denials or rejections Skills • Certified coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) • 2+ years of experience in E/M and inpatient medical coding • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare • Must pass an online coding assessment before selection • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment • Candidate must be based out in USA • Experience in using medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) • Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems Company Overview • XeroicTech HC Inc: Where Expertise Meets Empathy Managing medical billing can be challenging, but we make it simple and efficient.
