PR Senior Account Executive
We are seeking a driven PR SAE with a passion for strategic communications and PR, as well as a proven track record in agency environments. This is a fully remote position - candidates must be located in MA, GA, NC, FL, AZ, NJ, WA, or CA.
The ideal candidate must have agency experience working on PR for B2B companies - we are specifically interested in B2B and technology company expertise - and a passion for storytelling and PR.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
• Develop and execute PR and media relations strategies to secure consistent, high-quality top-tier and trade media coverage.
• Mentor junior team members on pitching best practices and reporter relationship building.
• Update media lists, client trackers and account admin as needed.
• Content development and strategy - Q&As, bylines, press releases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, delivering results that align with client objectives.
• Monitor and analyze media landscape, providing actionable insights and recommendations for generating media interest across client accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and media landscapes to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in a field related to marketing, PR
• 3-5+ years of experience in a PR or media relations role within an agency environment (required).
• Experience working with B2B tech clients in an agency setting (required).
• Strong expertise in PR and media relations
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective PR strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Familiarity with tools like Cision, Meltwater or similar platforms is a plus.
