ASAP HIRING: Remote Prior Authorization Representative $17/hour • Weekly Pay & Benefits • Full-Time • Start Date: November 2025 • Schedule: Mon–Fri, any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM–10:00 PM Central Equipment: Must be able to pick up company-issued equipment in Irving, TX (no exceptions). Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls (and some inbound) to assist patients and providers. • Review/process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures. • Verify eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers. • Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and payers to obtain required documentation. • Meet accuracy, quality, and turnaround-time standards. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies. • Document all activities thoroughly for tracking and audits. Qualifications (Required) • 1+ year recent, verifiable experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations. • Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification. • Clear, professional communication skills—able to explain complex info simply. • Comfortable with high call volume; strong multitasking and prioritization. • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. • High-speed home internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted). • Must be able pick up equipment in Irving, TX.
