Here, your work has an impact every day. What are you waiting for? **Work Synopsis** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our data translation and analysis efforts. You'll assume a critical role in unraveling customer behavior through our products, researching, gathering, and analyzing customer data, and creating actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll be the creative force behind customer-driven dashboards that capture key performance indicators, helping our product teams in their core decision-making process. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with business and product partners to tackle complex business challenges and identify patterns and valuable opportunities * Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover meaningful insights and drive business decisions * Define and assess key performance metrics for new product launches * Create data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of product initiatives and business challenges * Identify new opportunities to improve key financial metrics, understanding underlying drivers for change in metrics * Lead exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical derivation, and statistical analysis * Work with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle accurate data from various sources * Work effectively cross-functionally and communicate data insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field * 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field * Strong analytical skills and ability to create logical, data-driven recommendations and solutions * Experience with languages used to control data and extract insights from large datasets (SQL, Python, Presto, etc.) * Strong storytelling experience with data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. * Experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex (Collibra Data Quality or SAS Data Management or IBM InfoSphere Data Server) * Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca * Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems * Experience handling complex data on cloud platforms (Ideally Google Bigquery and Hive) * Experience with data visualization (E-R) and have strong BI concepts * Basic understanding of statistics and AI models * Related experience in the retail or finance industries * Strong, persuasive oral and written communication skills and ability to build strong relationships **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field * Experience in data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field * Experience with data visualization tools like Prophet, Teradata, Hive, AWS Redshift, Sky blue Neurotransmitter Analysis, Snowflake, etc. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure * Experience with machine learning algorithms and models * Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools * Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks **Benefits and Advantages** * Competitive salary package * Performance-based bonuses * 401(k) match * Stock purchase plan * Paid maternity and parental leave * PTO * Various health plans * And many more! **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
