Director – Member Data Engineering, Products
Job Description:
• Develop and execute a vision for Data Engineering & Products department
• Drive innovation and best practices in data management
• Lead a team of data, analytics, and visualization engineers
• Establish relationships across product, merchandising, data science, engineering
• Mentor and grow team members
• Navigate business risks into opportunities for growth
Requirements:
• Seasoned leader in the Member domain
• Expertise in consumer-scale distributed data processing
• Background in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams
• Ability to innovate in data management and architecture
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
