As a remote Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and driving customer retention. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Answering customer calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner * Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution * Providing customers with blithequark's service standards and ensuring that customer expectations are met * Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management for prompt resolution * Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources to ensure efficient issue resolution * Following up on complicated customer calls to ensure that customer concerns are addressed * Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and analysis * Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries * Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure that customer feedback is captured and analyzed * Performing other duties as assigned to support the success of the Customer Service Department **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Bilingual a plus (but not required) * Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations * Some experience with MS Excel is a plus **Benefits Program** As a valued member of the blithequark team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits program that includes: * Competitive wages, with a starting salary of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus commission * Medical, dental, and eye insurance available * Vacation and sick time to ensure work-life balance * 401K benefits to support your long-term financial goals **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
