Online Chat Representative

You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services while ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities • Engage with customers via online chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries. • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Promote products and services through effective communication and sales techniques. • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve client satisfaction. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software applications to manage customer interactions effectively. • Conduct outbound calling when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support. • Analyze customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement. Requirements • Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable. • Previous experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment. • Strong typing skills with the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette. • Familiarity with data entry processes and cash handling is a plus. • Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently. • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
