Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. • Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring a high level of service and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Provide personalized support to customers, taking into account their needs and requests.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
