Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions.
• Analyze client behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet client needs and untapped content opportunities.
• Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions and optimize our content launch and episode release strategy.
• Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive the business forward.
• Effectively communicate significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and/or Python.
