What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the weekly CPFR process with key accounts
- Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sellout units
- Ensure Order Management accuracy in the ERP system - SAP
- Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve discrepancies
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile reports on inventory levels and costs
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting and promoting consensus
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural business environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping performance
- Familiarity with demand/supply forecasting methodologies
- Previous involvement in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
