As a member of our team, you will be part of a diverse group of professionals who share a passion for making a difference. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Global Equity and Incentive Plan Management, you will contribute to a team that provides inventory plan management by: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Functional Skills: + Strong attention to detail + Clear communicator + Data analysis + Customer service focus **What We Offer** * Be part of a diverse group of professionals in a global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures * Work in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values diversity, fairness, and inclusion * Opportunities for career growth and development in a company that prioritizes employee development * Competitive compensation and benefits package, including Total Rewards * Access to mobile and virtual platforms that offer wellness programs, mindfulness apps, mental health support, and financial education and learning resources * A culture that values innovation, empowerment, inclusivity, and agility, and encourages continuous learning and growth **Benefits** * Competitive compensation package, including $25/hour * Total Rewards program that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Access to mobile and virtual platforms that offer wellness programs, mindfulness apps, mental health support, and financial education and learning resources * Opportunities for career growth and development in a company that prioritizes employee development * A culture that values innovation, empowerment, inclusivity, and agility, and encourages continuous learning and growth **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
