About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a full-time, non-exempt position, this role requires a professional and engaging approach to responding to customer inquiries and providing top-notch support. You'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers through chat and text messages, and ensuring their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and Engage with Customers: Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to inbound chat and text messages, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Timely Response: Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• System Monitoring: Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and technology.
• Performance Metrics: Meet a set minimum number of conversations per hour, with a focus on achieving an ERA above 10%.
• Software Proficiency: Operate within multiple software platforms, leveraging your technical skills to navigate and utilize various tools.

Education and Skills Required:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles.
• Technical Requirements: Access to high-speed internet and a reliable computer system.
• Educational Background: High school diploma or GED.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise responses.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet performance metrics.

As a Remote Chat Agent at blithequark, you'll work a set schedule, which may be subject to change based on department needs. You can choose from one of the following schedules:

Schedule Option 1:

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Sunday: OFF

Schedule Option 2:

• Monday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: OFF
