We are now seeking a compassionate and results-driven Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in seeking compensation for their injuries. You will be the primary point of contact for these individuals, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a dynamic and supportive remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine if they meet the criteria for potential compensation through an automated dialer system.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, and identifying 1-5 potential candidates for compensation.
  • Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows simultaneously.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals.
  • Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts as needed.
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Competitive mindset with a team-oriented approach.
  • Availability to work 40+ hours per week.
  • Residency in the State of Florida or New Jersey.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • A reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20GB of free storage, and a 1.2GHz or faster CPU.
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum).
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432).
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience.
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar industry (e.g., injury claims, compensation).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Hours of Operation

We offer a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern.
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
