Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the automotive and recreational vehicle industries.
• Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, sharing best practices and expertise with colleagues.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and industries.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong ability to multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Gaming experience or previous experience with chat software and customer service platforms.
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or higher.
• Experience with CRM software and lead generation platforms.

Requirements for Success

• The ability to attend four weeks of remote training, Tuesday to Saturday, between 11am and 7:30pm EDT.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment.
