About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of data into the QuickClaim system. Your strong attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. You will be working in a remote environment, utilizing a constant supply of images to enter data, and interacting professionally with other staff members as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using the constant supply of images
  • Identify document types based on the provided documentation
  • Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements
  • Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
  • Professionally interact with other staff members as needed
  • Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
  • Work until all tasks are completed for the day
  • Perform other basic office duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and have the ability to multitask and move quickly. You should be able to stay focused and on-task, with high attention to detail while being efficient. As a quick learner, you should be able to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed and maintain the confidentiality of client data. You must be able to read and speak English and meet the typing test requirements of 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy.
