About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, crafting meaningful connections with our customers and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You'll work closely with our domestic and international clients, providing them with exceptional service, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, and ensuring that their travel experience is nothing short of memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to build customer loyalty and create memorable experiences
• Anticipating and responding to customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, especially when we've inconvenienced a customer
• Working with a safety mentality by ensuring that we maintain the highest standards and look out for one another
• Navigating challenges with composure and adaptability, managing issues without taking customer frustration personally
• Collaborating with colleagues, assisting them, and supporting their success with new processes and technologies

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A minimum age of 18 years
• Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• The physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
• The ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• The ability to meet business attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
