Job Overview
As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work with customers to understand their needs, resolve their issues, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service.
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer blithequark's products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
- Respond to requests from customers about blithequark products and services.
- Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed.
- Negotiate the collection of overdue bills.
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
- Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers.

Essential Qualifications
- Customer service skills.

- Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience.
- Customer Service call center experience.
- Previous collections experience.
- Experience with selling products and services.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is between $577.00 and $1,775.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
