About the Role: Delivery Station Customer Service Associate

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark's Locker/Counter Hub, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and as promised. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing in-station, real-time support to customers, and connecting them with experts who can provide accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email, providing empathetic and personalized support.
• Prioritize customer needs, uphold company values, and respect every customer, ensuring a positive experience.
• Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Clearly understand and respond to customer issues, providing accurate and concise written responses.
• Approach problems logically and with good judgment, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
• Work a flexible Full-Time schedule (40 hours per week), including Sundays to Thursdays, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
• Perform various tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation, including carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, standing, and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems logically and make quick and effective decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with varying noise levels and temperatures.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform tasks during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Flexibility to work a Full-Time schedule, including Sundays to Thursdays, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

• Previous customer service experience, particularly in a logistics or delivery environment.
