Position Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for filing and correspondence, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and verified.
  • Respond promptly to queries and requests from creditors, debtors, and internal teams, providing timely and effective support.
  • Liaise with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details.
  • Review and verify files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring compliance with our naming protocols.
  • Perform calculations for income and surplus income obligations, and conduct searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, and house valuations.
  • Create and review documents required for signature, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance, and file documents with the Official Receiver.
  • Accurately transfer information from written and scanned records into our internal software, Ascend, maintaining client confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Liaise with external clients to clarify information and obtain outstanding documents, and electronically file statutory documents.
  • Prepare documents for DocuSign, review amended proposals, and perform other tasks as necessary to support the team.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Proficient technical skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with the debt solution industry or a related field.
