Job Summary

We're seeking compassionate and talented Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this crucial role, you'll serve as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, working with patients and their families to explain medical bills, answer questions, and resolve account balances. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize empathy and excellent communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and provide options for resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, collaborating with patients over the phone to establish affordable payment plans and process payments.
  • Leverage computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document calls and follow-ups in our software systems.
  • Support fellow team members with consistent attendance, a strong work ethic, and a caring team focus.
  • Continuously improve with supportive coaching, feedback from managers and team leads, and ongoing training.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in computer software and technology.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in healthcare billing or customer service.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes.

Compensation and Benefits:
