Job Overview

As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of third-party data centers (3PDC)
  • Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations
  • Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
  • Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and act on opportunities to drive growth, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and executives, to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in program management, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis, using tools such as spreadsheets and SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals
  • Experience in technical program or project management roles, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices
  • Proven ability to identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work towards shared goals
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
