Job Overview

This full-time position is based in our office and operates from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm CST. As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in the success of blithequark, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensuring that our operations run seamlessly. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone and email, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatch calls and manage schedules to maximize time and mileage, ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded
  • Accurately enter client information, payments, and confidential data into our system, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with our technicians and other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a high level of organization and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Essential Qualifications
