THIS INVOLVES EXTENSIVE RECORD REVIEW, AND INTERACTION WITH PHYSICIANS, HIM PROFESSIONALS AND NURSING STAFF. ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN TEAM MEETINGS AND EDUCATION OF STAFF IN THE COMPLIANT DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM® (CDMP) PROCESS IS A KEY ROLE.
