AI Advisor

Role Overview We are seeking a visionary AI Head / Advisor with deep expertise in artificial intelligence, healthcare AI applications, and leadership in product innovation. This role serves as a strategic partner and thought leader, overseeing the AI roadmap, ensuring ethical and responsible AI deployment, and advising executive leadership on cutting-edge AI research and product integration. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic guidance on the AI product vision, architecture, and implementation to align with long-term business goals and healthcare needs. • Lead AI research collaborations, model development, evaluation, and deployment strategies focused on generative AI, LLMs, semantic search, and clinical AI safety. • Ensure ethical AI principles are embedded in all workflows—overseeing bias mitigation, prompt engineering best practices, and model transparency initiatives. • Advise on compliance with evolving healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR, ABDM) and AI governance frameworks. • Engage with key stakeholders including investors, hospital leaders, AI community experts, and regulatory bodies to represent the organization’s AI capabilities and roadmap. • Mentor AI engineering teams, fostering innovation culture, technical excellence, and continuous learning. • Provide high-level risk assessment and mitigation for AI-related challenges including hallucination, data security, and performance reliability. • Act as a key spokesperson and public face in AI healthcare conferences, webinars, and publications. Candidate Requirements • Proven track record (10+ years) in AI research, healthcare AI, or product leadership roles with significant focus on LLMs, generative AI, or precision medicine AI. • Excellent understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare data formats (FHIR, HL7), and hospital interoperability standards. • Deep knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, safety, and explainability, especially in regulated healthcare environments. • Experience leading research teams or AI development in successful startups or enterprises. • Strong communication skills for cross-functional leadership and external engagement. • Prior experience working with GPT-4 or similar generative AI frameworks is highly desirable.
