Proofreader Needed to Join Our Team
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented proofreader to join our publishing team. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing book manuscripts, ensuring accuracy in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and consistency in tone and style.
Responsibilities:
• Proofread book manuscripts and other publishing materials
• Ensure grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting are correct
• Provide clear feedback and suggestions for improvement when necessary
• Deliver work within agreed timelines
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a proofreader (preferably with books or long-form content)
• Strong command of English grammar and style
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with publishing standards is a plus
