Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities

- Connect with Customers: You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Resolve Issues: You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Respond to Requests: You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Track Call Information: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide Feedback: You will provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
- Meet Sales Objectives: You will meet sales objectives as defined, using your superior negotiating skills to drive results.
Qualifications
We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Customer Service Experience: You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Age: You must be over 18 years of age.
- Typing Skills: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Education: You must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
- Computer Skills: You must be comfortable using a desktop computer system and have proven oral and written communication skills.
- Call Center Experience: While not required, 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You must have strong logical problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
- Availability: You must be available to work various shifts and be able to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and Prioritization Skills: You must have strong organization and work prioritization skills and be able to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Experience: You must have at least 6 months of sales experience and superior negotiating skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
- Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps, with an ISP that has no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: You must be able to provide proof of your internet speed.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: You must have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
