**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support via phone, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, professional, and welcoming
* Handling inbound calls in a timely manner, managing outbound calls as necessary, and resolving customer issues efficiently
* Researching and verifying customer information using online resources, following communication scripts, and providing solutions to customer inquiries
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions to customer inquiries
* Providing customers with product and service information as needed, continuously learning and training to maintain and expand product knowledge and customer service skills

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll need:
* A professional work ethic, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
* Active listening skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to customer inquiries
* Basic computer skills, utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
* A minimum typing speed of 25wpm
* The ability to identify and escalate priority issues
* The ability to manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
* A quiet work space and high-speed internet access
* Bi-lingual skills (Spanish or French) are a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
