**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink dispensing equipment, adhering to blithequark's quality standards and procedures.
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring that our products are always served at the perfect temperature.
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Essential Qualifications**
