Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.

- Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful.

Essential Qualifications
