The Opportunity

blithequark has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage high-volume inbound calls from our customers nationwide, all from the comfort of your own home. By joining our virtual call center, you'll eliminate your daily commute, saving time and money, and have the chance to work with a high-performing, diverse team. You'll also receive comprehensive equipment and IT support to help you excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering world-class service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone
  • Quoting prices for services offered by our retail locations and their partners
  • Providing information regarding stores and services to customers
  • Assessing customers' needs and requirements to help drive them into our stores
  • Taking back-to-back calls for a full 8-hour shift
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Using proprietary software programs to track calls
  • Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with excellent verbal skills
  • Ability to connect to a modem/internet and have a stable high-speed internet connection
  • Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • AS or BS degree
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment
  • Experience with proprietary software programs or customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Salary and Schedule

The starting salary for this role is $16.38/hour. You must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including 12-9 pm, 1-10 pm, and 2-11 pm ET, including weekends. Schedules are created based on the immediate needs of the business.
