Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Lead Gen/Admin VA to support our team with lead generation, administrative tasks, and client follow-ups. This part-time role requires 4 hours of daily availability in Central Time and is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in Public Relations or CRM tools is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Gen Specialist: Conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and build client relationships.
• Admin Pro: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and file organization.
• Data Tracker: Enter data accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
• Follow-Up Enthusiast: Send follow-up messages to prospects and clients to nurture ongoing communication.
• CRM Support: Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and maintain records.
• PR Assistant: Assist in Public Relations efforts to support campaigns and improve brand visibility.

• Outreach Expert: Experienced in lead generation and outreach, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Organized Multitasker: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-Starter: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
