About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with bedside nurses to advocate for patients and families.
• Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients.
• Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based principles in patient care.
• Perform tasks including admissions, discharges, and patient education.
• Conduct patient rounding and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and Nursing Code of Ethics.
Requirements
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• 3-5 years of job-related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Professional certification may be required.
