Royal Caribbean International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Analyst to join their growing team. This remote, entry-level position focuses on supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations through data analysis and workflow optimization. Responsibilities • Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. • Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting activities. • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery performance, and inventory turnover. • Support procurement and logistics teams with vendor analysis and transportation tracking. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Customer Service). • Help maintain and improve data accuracy across internal systems (ERP, inventory platforms). • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain processes. Skills • 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles (internships or co-ops welcome). • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
