Key Responsibilities: Evaluating, Feedback, and Deployment

  • Evaluating Technology and Customer Experience: Assess the functionality and overall customer experience of new and emerging technologies, providing actionable insights that can inform future development.
  • Providing Technical and CX Feedback: Offer detailed technical and customer experience feedback to our development teams, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of our innovation efforts.
  • Deploying New Technology: Visit customer sites to deploy new technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and gathering initial feedback on the customer experience.
  • Collecting and Analyzing Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback through various channels and quantify the impacts of new technologies on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Summarize findings and results in comprehensive reports for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Essential Qualifications: The Skills We're Looking For

  • A 4-year degree in a science or engineering discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles and problem-solving.
