About the Role: Student Marketing Operations Assistant, Student Experience

This is a unique opportunity to work with our Student Experience Marketing Operations team as a student worker. The role is flexible, offering both fully remote and hybrid (combination of remote and in-person in Manchester) work arrangements. As a Student Marketing Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial part in maintaining evergreen projects and documentation, brainstorming process and reporting improvements, and undertaking other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and assign a large volume of projects in our project management system (Workfront) on a regular cadence, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Maintain ongoing tracking of project creation for quality assurance, guaranteeing high standards in our operations.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue project tasks to encourage completion, driving team productivity and efficiency.
  • Support documentation and organization of processes and standards, contributing to the development of best practices within the team.
  • Perform other operational duties as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at SNHU, pursuing your academic goals.
  • Have work study as part of your financial aid package, enabling you to gain valuable work experience.
  • Show interest in or have prior experience in project management/operations and communications, laying the groundwork for your future career.
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Be an excellent communicator, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Be available to work at least 4 hours weekly during normal SNHU business hours (8:00am-4:30pm), ensuring consistent and reliable support.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Workfront, and TeamUp, demonstrating your ability to quickly adapt to our software ecosystem.
