What You'll Do in This Role
As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless interactions.
- Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrating a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is a plus.
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a personal touch, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering value through every interaction.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with technical support experience being a preferred asset.
- Open availability and a high school diploma or GED.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to reach a resolution.
- Excellent computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position).
- High-Speed internet (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address.
