As a Remote Registered Nurse (RN) with our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our members receive the care and support they need. You will be responsible for responding to member inquiries, conducting triage assessments, and collaborating with on-call physicians, all while maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from members, addressing their needs promptly and effectively, and providing empathetic support when required.
• Conduct triage assessments over the phone and during home visits, utilizing your clinical expertise to determine the best course of action for each member.
• Collaborate with on-call physicians to ensure comprehensive care, discussing member conditions, and implementing treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Provide high-quality patient care with a compassionate approach, understanding the unique needs and circumstances of each member.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid RN license in Pennsylvania and a current driver's license. Additionally, you should have:

• Guaranteed Pay: $250.00
• Hourly Rate for Home Visits: $45.00
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.65 per mile
