Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing client needs, and providing solutions to their queries. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborate with our talented team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to clients and prospects
- Thoroughly review loan applications through various software systems
- Assess candidate qualification for loans and provide solutions to their queries
- Create and update records in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify client needs and investigate available options to meet their requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed solutions to clients
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficient in cloud-based software applications
- Experience in the monetary services industry (or related field)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
