Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing client needs, and providing solutions to their queries. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborate with our talented team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to clients and prospects
  • Thoroughly review loan applications through various software systems
  • Assess candidate qualification for loans and provide solutions to their queries
  • Create and update records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify client needs and investigate available options to meet their requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed solutions to clients

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient in cloud-based software applications
  • Experience in the monetary services industry (or related field)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
