Job Overview

We are currently hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Orlando area to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from home, balance your priorities, and deliver heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. This role offers a flexible work schedule, with full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week, and the potential for career growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing clear and concise information about their coverage and options
  • Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups
  • Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience for our members, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success

Essential Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
