We're seeking a New Patient Coordinator who can confidently manage high lead volume, build authentic connections, and convert interest into action. This is a critical role at the front line of our growth. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients-whether remote or in-office-offering clear, confident guidance while ensuring each person feels valued from the start. What You'll Do • Serve as the first contact for new patient leads via phone, text, and email • Follow up within 24-48 hours and manage a volume of 200+ new patient inquiries monthly • Build rapport and guide patients through scheduling and treatment decisions • Communicate clearly and confidently about services, costs, and next steps • Maintain clean and accurate documentation, follow-up tasks, and reporting • Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams for seamless transitions • Analyze lead performance, monitor conversion rates, and recommend improvements • Represent the practice with professionalism, warmth, and consistency What You'll Offer • Minimum 5 years of experience in dental scheduling, new patient coordination, or sales (required) • Demonstrated success in high-volume lead conversion and relationship building • Strong written and verbal communication skills across platforms • Ability to handle objections, present treatment options, and schedule with clarity • Organized, self-motivated, and consistent in follow-through • Proficient in dental software, scheduling systems, and CRM tools • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred • Dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required • Must be comfortable working on camera throughout the day • Must be tech-proficient and capable of working independently in a virtual environment Position Details This position is open to both remote (1099 contractor) and hybrid (W2 employee) candidates. Remote (1099) • Fully virtual • Flexible within business hours (EST) • $25-$35/hr based on experience • 4% performance bonus on total office collections • Paid training and mentorship Hybrid (W2) • 2-3 days per week in our Laurel, MD office • Full-time employee status with benefits • Same pay and bonus structure • Access to full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and other employee benefits About Us We are a privately owned, 8-operatory dental practice serving over 9,500 active patients.
