Remote Pharmacist (Part-Time)

About the position Responsibilities • Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions • Verification of hard copy and digital Rx's • Communication with healthcare professionals and making sure that the Dr. call line is answered • Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers • Perform DUR to identify medication therapy management eligible patients and identify clinical intervention per patient with follow up • Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met • Other duties as appropriate Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) • Active state of Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing • Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1) and/or Post-graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) or relevant experience preferred for Clinical Pharmacists • Bilingual in Spanish/English, a plus • Strong experience with Medication Therapy Management and comprehensive medication reviews • Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus • Ability to work flexible schedule • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective 1st of the month following date of hire • Flexible spending • Company-paid life insurance • Short-term disability • Voluntary benefits • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Paid holidays Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
